Work outside this service
Junk hauling, repairs, hazardous remediation and cleaning inside ducts are excluded. If renovation dust or residue is the main issue, ask about the appropriate post-renovation scope.

How to prepare for your move-out clean
You do not need to clean the home before we clean it. Preparing access helps the team spend the visit on the agreed work.
Finish moving and dusty work
Remove belongings from the agreed areas and finish dusty repairs first. If boxes, furniture or other workers will remain, let us know before the visit.
Empty the agreed interiors
Remove food and personal items from the fridge, cupboards and other interiors included in the quote. Tell us about any item that should be left untouched.
Confirm entry and utilities
Arrange keys or a fob, confirm water and electricity, and provide one contact for access questions. For a condo, check parking, elevator requirements and permitted work hours with management.
Update us after the movers leave
Furniture can reveal dust, spills or marks that were hidden during the assessment. Send updated photos and point out the change before the cleaning visit.

Tell us the proposed timing before booking. The team needs access to the agreed surfaces; rooms full of boxes or active moving work limit what can be cleaned. We will review whether the sequence leaves enough time for the work.
These are separately priced additions where applicable. List each interior you want cleaned when requesting the quote, even if the property will be completely empty.
The team and time depend on the condition, accessible areas and agreed tasks. Heavy grease, wall washing, detailed tracks and several appliance interiors can add substantial work. Share any fixed handover or building-access deadline before the appointment is confirmed.
