Use this list to tell us what needs attention. Your written scope confirms the rooms, surfaces and level of detail included in the quote.
01
Kitchen grease and surfaces
Grease can remain around cabinet handles and cooking areas after the cupboards are empty. We assess the buildup and finish before selecting the cleaning method.
Degrease agreed cabinet fronts, handles and backsplash surfaces.
Clean counters, the sink and accessible cooking surfaces.
Wipe appliance exteriors, edges and reachable surrounding surfaces.
Oven, fridge, microwave and cupboard interiors need to be named separately.
02
Bathrooms and fittings
Soap residue, mineral deposits and grime need different treatment. Tell us about stone, plated fittings or worn coatings so the method suits the surface.
Clean toilets, basins, tubs and accessible shower surfaces.
Clean mirrors, vanity exteriors and fittings.
Treat agreed deposits where the material permits.
Etching, damaged grout, scratches and worn finishes may remain.
03
Floors, edges and trim
Moving furniture exposes the edges and corners that were difficult to reach during everyday cleaning. Tell us which heavy items will remain.
Collect loose dirt from accessible floors and edges.
Wash floors with a method suited to the finish.
Wipe baseboards, doors, frames and reachable ledges.
Wall washing and access behind heavy appliances require a separate discussion.
04
Tracks and smaller details
One track may need a wipe; another may hold compacted grit or sticky residue. Show us the condition and number of windows when requesting the quote.
Remove loose debris from agreed accessible tracks and sills.
Wash or wipe track sections and frames in the scope.
Clean reachable switches and vent-cover exteriors.
Window glass, high areas and difficult residue need their own allowance. Duct interiors are excluded.
Make the additions clear
An empty home makes access easier. List the interiors too.
Tell us which fridge, oven, microwave, cupboard, drawer or closet interiors you want cleaned. These are separately priced where applicable and must appear in the agreed work.
Remove food and belongings from the interiors included in the quote.
Flag wall drawings, heavy grease, stubborn scale and difficult tracks before booking.
Confirm window glass, full wall washing and high areas separately.
Junk hauling, repairs, hazardous remediation and cleaning inside ducts are outside this service. Carpet and upholstery cleaning can be discussed as an addition to eligible deep-cleaning work; it is not automatically included or a standalone booking.
Build the sequence around access
Leave a cleaning window between moving and handover.
Share both the earliest time we can enter an accessible property and the time it must be ready. A moving date on its own does not tell us how much cleaning time is available.
1. Finish moving and dusty work
Arrange the clean after belongings leave the agreed rooms. Tell us about remaining boxes, large furniture or tradespeople before the appointment is confirmed.
2. Leave time for the full scope
The team size and visit length follow the condition and tasks. Cleaning at the same time as active moving may block floors, cupboard fronts and other agreed areas.
3. Review before the keys change hands
Allow a final review while the property is still accessible. Name one person who can answer questions if the work or access differs from the assessment.
Prepare access in Vaughan
Clear the rooms—and arrange how we get in.
Check these points before confirming the cleaning window. Your selections are a personal planning aid and are not sent to us.
Remaining furniture can delay the clean.
Check disposal arrangements before booking the cleaning window. Vaughan’s condo waste guidance provides bulky-item scheduling for property managers; ask your manager how removal works in your building. For a house with curbside collection, check the City’s current bulky-item instructions and collection date.
Before starting, check the agreed rooms, access, requested interiors and any existing damage or finish-care instructions. Flag differences that affect the work.
02
Remove loose dirt before detailing
Collect accessible loose dirt, then work through the kitchen, bathrooms and agreed room details. Products, moisture and tools are chosen for each material and type of buildup.
03
Finish the floors after the work above
Clean accessible edges and floors once the room detail is complete. Recheck places where cleaning or access has brought dirt back onto a finished area.
04
Review the agreed result
Look at the areas that mattered most and the interiors included in your quote. Identify any remaining marks, wear or work that needs a different service.
Before you leave
What to look at during the final walkthrough
Use your written scope as the reference. An area left out of the quote is different from an agreed task that needs another look.
Kitchen: agreed grease areas, handles and appliance exteriors.
Interiors: only the cupboards and appliances listed in the quote.
Bathrooms: agreed buildup, accessible fixtures and glass.
Rooms: floor edges, baseboards and specified window tracks.
Remaining concerns: distinguish a missed task from damage, wear or an excluded area.
A quote based on the work
Send the size, condition and handover deadline.
Provide the square footage, property type and postal code. In your message, add the bathroom count, earliest access time, key-handover deadline and each interior or detail task you want quoted.
Photos help show both the layout and the work: one room overview, then close-ups of grease, scale, tracks or wall marks. You can enquire without photos; we may arrange a walkthrough to confirm the scope.
We accept enquiries across Vaughan, including Woodbridge, Maple, Kleinburg, Concord, Patterson, Vellore Village and the Vaughan side of Thornhill. Send the postal code so we can confirm the location and availability.
Practical answers about timing, interiors and the agreed result.
Yes. Tell us when you receive access and when furniture will arrive. We can assess a clean for that window and separately quote the appliance and storage interiors you want cleaned before unpacking.
They need to be named in your written scope and are separately priced where applicable. List each interior when requesting the quote, even if the home will be empty.
Possibly, if the sequence leaves access and enough time for the agreed cleaning. Share the movers’ expected finish, earliest cleaning access and handover deadline before booking. Active moving or remaining boxes can prevent work in the affected rooms.
We assess the condition, size, requested tasks and access, then plan the team and expected visit length. Several interiors, heavy grease, wall washing or detailed tracks can add substantial work. An empty home is easier to reach, but is not necessarily a short job.
Send updated photos and describe what has changed before the visit. We can review the affected work and discuss the scope. Cleaning cannot repair scratches, chips, worn finishes or every permanent mark.
Show us the affected walls and tell us about the paint if you know it. Wall washing and mark treatment need a separate allowance. The finish and type of mark determine which methods are suitable and what can be removed.
Share it before the quote is prepared. We can identify the cleaning tasks to agree and review the completed work against that scope. Repairs, wear and another person’s acceptance criteria are not cleaning guarantees.
Not necessarily. Agree entry, a reachable contact, the final review and how the property will be secured. In a condo, confirm access and any relevant building rules before the visit.
Plan the handover
Tell us what needs to be ready—and when.
Share the property size, condition and access window. We will discuss the work and expected timing before an appointment is agreed.
