Material-Aware Cleaning
The Surface Determines the Method—Not the Other Way Around.
Marble, natural stone, glass, custom cabinetry, metal fixtures, high-end appliances, fine furniture and decorative objects do not all respond to the same approach.
We may use ultra-purified water where appropriate for ongoing cleaning, specialty professional products—including some imported from Germany—where deeper cleaning requires them, and HEPA vacuuming, extraction, steam or heavier professional equipment when the condition and scope call for it.
Artwork and fine objects
Homeowner instructions take priority. If special handling is required or the right method is uncertain, we work around the item rather than treating it casually.
Appropriate Staffing, Clear Leadership
A consistent assigned team is used wherever practical. Substantial visits may involve up to four team members depending on the residence and Scope of Work. A team lead coordinates the on-site work while one clear client relationship keeps decisions and communication organized.
If availability changes, the Home Standard gives a replacement or backup team member a defined standard to follow.

Alongside cleaning, an agreed Scope of Work may include bed making, changing linens, laundry, dishes, organization and similar household housekeeping tasks. Cleaning remains the foundation of the service.
