The recurring routine is agreed around the home’s condition and priorities. It can include:

  • Kitchen counters, sinks, fixtures and appliance exteriors
  • Bathrooms, showers and reachable fixtures
  • Dusting in bedrooms and living areas, including agreed trim and baseboard upkeep
  • Vacuuming and floor care suited to the finish
  • Reachable interior glass, handles, switches and other high-touch points
Housekeeping — Alongside Cleaning

Housekeeping, by agreement

Choose the household tasks that would help, then confirm them in your Scope of Work. They are not automatic inclusions in every visit.

Periodic work is not an every-visit promise

Appliance interiors, deeper buildup and carpet or upholstery extraction need their own scope and timing. Specialty rooms and high-access work are assessed for suitability and safe access.

We provide cleaning and agreed housekeeping—not household staff placement, childcare, cooking, errands or property management.

Care That Starts With the Surface

Marble, natural stone, glass, custom cabinetry, metal fixtures, high-end appliances, fine furniture and decorative objects do not all respond to the same approach.

Professional products and methods are selected for the surface and its condition. Tell us about manufacturer instructions, delicate finishes and product restrictions during the consultation. Steam or extraction is considered only where compatible and included in the agreed work; routine cleaning is not material restoration.

Team Continuity

Appropriate Staffing, Clear Leadership

A consistent assigned team is used wherever practical. Substantial visits may involve up to four team members depending on the residence and Scope of Work. A team lead coordinates the on-site work while one clear client relationship keeps decisions and communication organized.

If availability changes, the Home Standard gives a replacement or backup team member a defined standard to follow.

Intelligent Scope Management

No Mandatory Whole-Home Deep Clean

A complete deep cleaning is not a prerequisite. Depending on condition and expectations, regular recurring service can begin immediately.

We can establish the ongoing routine while progressively addressing areas that need deeper attention. High-use spaces can remain the recurring priority while lower-use rooms and deeper tasks are incorporated according to the agreed plan.

Alongside cleaning, an agreed Scope of Work may include bed making, changing linens, laundry, dishes, organization and similar household housekeeping tasks. Cleaning remains the foundation of the service.

The surface and its condition determine the method. Depending on the work, we may use ultra-purified water, specialty professional products, HEPA equipment, extraction or steam where each approach is appropriate.
